Die Reflexionskompetenz gilt als vermeintlicher Schlussel zur Professionalisierung auch von Fremdsprachenlehrkraften. Der Sammelband enthalt zum einen Beitrage, die unterschiedliche theoretische Zugange und Modelle zu einer fachspezifischen Reflexionskompetenz zur Diskussion stellen. Zum anderen gibt er Einblicke in empirische Studien zur Foerderung von Reflexionskompetenz in der Fremdsprachenlehrer*innenbildung. Hierbei wird jeweils verdeutlicht, welches Verstandnis von Reflexionskompetenz zugrunde liegt, welche Ziele damit verbunden sind, uber welche Gegenstande reflektiert werden sollte, welche Lehr-Lern-Formate zum Einsatz kamen und welcher Forschungszugang gewahlt wurde.

Gegenstand dieser Publikation sind Aktionsforschungsprojekte, bei denen Teams aus einer Lehrkraft und Studierenden Lernaufgaben fur den Franzoesisch- bzw. Spanischunterricht der Sekundarstufe I entwickelten, im Unterricht erprobten und unter einer praxisrelevanten Forschungsfrage empirisch untersuchten. Einleitend werden das Konzept der Lernaufgabe und die Qualifizierungsmassnahmen erlautert, die die Teammitglieder zur Lernaufgabenentwicklung und zur Durchfuhrung der Aktionsforschung durchlaufen haben. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass es sich lohnt, Aktionsforschung in die Lehreraus- und -fortbildung zu integrieren, um Theorie und Praxis starker miteinander zu verbinden und Reflexionsprozesse anzuregen.
