Das Handbuch Mitarbeiterkommunikation ist Teil der Springer-Reference Reihe zur Unternehmenskommunikation mit den Banden Unternehmenskommunikation (Hrsg. Zerfass, Roettger, Piwinger), Mitarbeiterkommunikation (Hrsg. Einwiller, Sackmann, Zerfass), Finanzkommunikation (Hrsg. Hoffmann, N.N., Zerfass) und Public Affairs & Stakeholderkommunikation (Roettger, Donges, Zerfass). Zielgruppen der Reihe sind Wissenschaftler, Anwender und Praktiker mit unterschiedlichem Wissensstand, Studierte aus angrenzenden Fachgebieten sowie Nachwuchswissenschaftler. Hierbei richtet sich das Handbuch Mitarbeiterkommunikation an Zielgruppen aus den Fachbereichen Kommunikationswissenschaft (insb.
