It's not often that deer ticks carrying Lyme disease receive
credit for changing someone's life, but that's exactly what
happened to author and Reiki master Dane Boggs. In Reiki Awakening,
he shows how two tick bites and two different diagnoses led him on
his path to spiritual awakening.
Using personal anecdotes culled from his health journal and
stories from others, Reiki Awakening focuses on the miracles Boggs
experienced and the lessons he learned during his spiritual
transformation. He narrates the story of his Reiki awakening, which
occurred in September of 2007; meeting his spiritual teacher in May
of 2008; and practicing a healing modality that led him to a path
of greater enlightenment.
Boggs shares the details of his experience to encourage others
to tap into the healing energy of the universe to gain the
opportunity for greater peace, comfort, and bliss in life-to become
an enlightened soul.
Two thousand five hundred years ago, Tibetan monks developed a
series of just five exercises, called "rites," which heal and
rejuvenate. This is Peter Kelder's "lost" 1946 "Eye of Revelation"
with new information about these Tibetan Rites and their history.
This book contains Julius A. Dresser's summary of mental science
and the ability to heal the sick with mental and spiritual power.
As the son of Horatio Dresser - an acquaintance and adherent of
Phineas Quimby, the founder of the New Thought movement - Julius
felt obliged to carry on his father's legacy by explaining the
beliefs he held. Citing both ancient philosophy and religion,
Julius begins by saying knowledge of mental healing is neither new
nor novel: rather, it has practiced through history. Referring
repeatedly to Christianity and Jesus Christ as an example of mental
healing in action, Dresser aims to illustrate how P. P. Quimby
rediscovered it. His experiences with tuberculosis, where
conventional medicine in the form of camomile did more harm than
good, are detailed. Quimby would later go on to assert that
exciting, uplifting experiences such as riding a horse did far more
for his tuberculosis than any other method.
When we embrace our inner child, we awaken our natural ability
to heal physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Many
people do not realize their own power. I did not believe it for
most of my lifetime either but once I had experienced it, I felt
like I was reborn again.
In my first 40 years of this circle of life, I was often a
victim. I suffered pain and struggle to over come obstacles. I had
so much anger, frustration, and sadness inside of me and toward the
world. But now my life has changed. In The Journey Within I share
with you my life journey and how my life was completely transformed
in an instant starting with practicing Qigong and using other
holistic tools with the healing power of love, forgiveness, and
kindness.
We are all blessed with the natural ability to heal
ourselves--we can unlock this ability once we realize how to
embrace our inner child. We just need to bring that awareness and
learn how to use these simple and powerful tools in our daily life
to shine our light.
It is my hope that this book will inspire people around the
world to experience this complete guide to healing for themselves
and share it with others.
With this book you will: -Regain your inner-peace and support
awakening your inner-wisdom-Develop your own ability to Heal,
