Ordered this book on 2 June 2019.Received the first email to apologize for the delay. After some more apologies for delays I finally gave up and cancelled and was refunded 01 August 2019,one day short of two months!I see Loot is still taking orders for this book with a delivery date expected of 7-12 days when there are no books to deliver. This is unacceptable. Is this how you are going to do business Loot?
