Complain and Win is a humorous journey through many of my
experiences obtaining consumer justice. From my smallest wins to my

age my fundamental principles of honesty and fairness may seem

complaint in perspective and manageable. After all, we don't want
solving the problem to become a problem in itself. The best part of
