Tanya Martin was a young woman when she was diagnosed with
Rheumatoid Disease, formerly known as Rheumatoid Arthritis. An avid
photographer, the disease eventually took its toll on Tanya
preventing her from doing even simple things; like bringing a
camera up to her eye. In search of relief from the chronic pain and
fatigue she was in, Tanya started "playing with her food" when she
would prepare her daily juices. She would makes faces and flower
designs from the fruits and vegetables she was preparing to juice;
then Tanya would take a photo of her creation with her smart phone
and publish it on Facebook. It was not long before there was a
Facebook group of juicers and photos came from all. One day it was
suggested that Tanya had enough photos to put together a book and
Faces of Juicing was born. This book, Faces of Juicing, contains
"Visual Juicing Recipes" with 50 faces and six additional photos
