This book is perfect for people that do not like taking pills or medicine easlily obtainable from a chemist.
I have had many colds and fuls that have lasted weeks on end taking medicine from chemists but with Maria Trebens book the herbal remedies fixed me up in less than a week. Her swedish bitters is the best of all the herbal remedies and can be used for any person who has a cold, flu feeling a bit under the weather, i have even used it for my boyfriends eyes when he had arc eyes.
