GOOD BOOK, TECHINCAL AND TO THE POINT, NOT WASTING ANY TIME. WOULD HAVE LIKE TO HEAR MORE ABOUT THE PROBLEMS THAT WHERE EXPERIENCED DURING IMPLEMENTATION, TO KNOW WHAT TO LOOK OUT FOR AND HOW TO OVERCOME, BUT THERE IS NO SHORTCOMINGS ON THE TECHINCAL SIDE. I RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO ALL BUSINESS OWNERS, MANAGERS AND INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERS
