Review This Product

Fri, 16 Sep 2022 | Review by: Laurine R.

This is a beautiful print of this book. A smaller gift book, hard cover with printed sleeve cover. The images inside are as beautiful as expected and each chapter is a short, accessible piece. Tara Brach writes of her own experience and those of others, stories she has found helpful. This is a wonderful gift for self or others, to be read cover to cover or dropped into at random pages as desired.
