Originally published in 1938, this book focuses on the area of
elliptic and hyperelliptic integrals and allied theory. The text
was a posthumous publication by William Westropp Roberts
(1850-1935), who held the position of Vice-Provost at Trinity
College, Dublin from 1927 until shortly before his death. This book
will be of value to anyone with an interest in the history of
mathematics.
