This book is written for individuals that have felt alienated from God because the church failed. After our son was sexually molested by another member of our church, Richard and I looked to our pastors to help us navigate through trauma and pain that such an event produces. Not only were our pastors ill equipped to direct us toward healing, they were unable to express empathy or support. Their solution was a don't talk rule and just forgive directive. When these failed to satisfy us, the senior pastor stated he would released us to find healing somewhere else. In other words, we were KICKED OUT OF CHURCH. Like so many people that have been wounded by the church or church people, our children were ready to just walk away from the church and the Lord. After all, how do you separate the two.? These were the only pastors our children had ever known. Our pastors had taught us to view the church as family. They had repeatedly reminded us, We were in covenant relationship with the Lord and each other. Yet when life got ugly, they couldn't wait to get rid of us. How do you separate the truth from the lies after such rejection?Richard and I have a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ that precedes our joining that church. We knew that Jesus had not treated us so coldly. We were not willing to walk away from Jesus. Yet we, too, needed to learn to separate Jesus from religious tradition and religious people. This is a recounting for that journey of learning to separate the God that loves us from the church that so often misrepresents Him. May it give you hope.
Have you ever asked how God's knowledge of the future impacts your life today? Frustrating God offers a challenge to the assumptions of open theism and provides answers that are both refreshing and new. Theologians and laypeople alike have struggled with the extent God's knowledge, the limitations of human free will, and the practical implications these ideas have for everyday life. Why doesn't God do something about all the evil in the world? Have you ever tried to answer the question about God's goodness in light of the fact that people He created will be lost for all eternity? How can God answer prayers if He does not know and may not be able to anticipate the future consequences of those answers? How do we resolve the apparent conflict between human freedom and God's overwhelming power? You can find the answer to these and many more questions in Frustrating God. In this challenge to the theological view of open theism, Pastor Luis Scott offers a radically new alternative to the seemingly tense relationship between God's foreknowledge and human free will. This deepened understanding of God's nature can enhance your perception of a God so magnificent that the only word to describe our struggle to know Him is frustrating. In Frustrating God you will begin a journey to a deeper knowledge of the mysterious God of the Bible-the God who baffles us, but loves us enough to lay the penalty of sin upon His beloved Son.
Are you living your life in a state of joy, gratitude and thankfulness? Do you laugh a lot and feel like it's Christmas every day? If not, then this book is meant for you. Many of us instead live our lives feeling depressed, anxious and unhappy. We race home from work only to be overloaded with even more work around the house. Rather than enjoying our lives and interpersonal relationships, we tend to lose sight of what's really important and instead focus on acquiring material things and the numerous work tasks needed to get done. We may have forgotten how to play and enjoy life. The more debt we take on, the more pressured our lives become as well. Some of us are also angry inside, holding onto grudges and feeling like we have been victimized by another's thoughts, words and deeds. Feeling victimized, we may then lash out in anger at the people closest to us and do harm to those we love. Harnessing the Force both simplifies the wellness concepts and expands upon the spiritual content of my previous book, The Force is With You Always It is loaded with wit and wisdom about living life in harmony with your true inner self. It connects you to your soul within in order to make beautiful soul music without. It will help you turn enemies into friends while living in harmony with nature and Spirit. Learning to live a healthy life in harmony with Spirit is well worth the pursuit.

Blood Quantum offers the hope of change of mind and soul over that of physical extermination. A world where the veil between the spirit world and the physical world once again is opened so that both can be quided by the Great Mystery of life, in a peaceful and harmonious way.
This Book makes us aware of spiritual warfare in a way that many people will never tell you by exposing daily spiritual violence and difficulties that people are faced with in their lives at different levels. Maria shares her experiences of how the Lord healed and delivered her when the doctors could not, and how she kept her deliverance. She shared the journey to her visitation from the Lord and what happened next, bringing to light the power of dreams and visions. The book talks about open doors that can cause the devil to have legal right in your life that you may not recognize, hidden fears, mind battles and much more.
Hasidic Art and the Kabbalah presents eight case studies of manuscripts, ritual objects, and folk art developed by Hasidic masters in the mid-eighteenth to late nineteenth centuries, whose form and decoration relate to sources in the Zohar, German Pietism, and Safed Kabbalah. Examined at the delicate and difficult to define interface between seemingly simple, folk art and complex ideological and conceptual outlooks which contain deep, abstract symbols, the study touches on aspects of object history, intellectual history, the decorative arts, and the history of religion. Based on original texts, the focus of this volume is on the subjective experience of the user at the moment of ritual, applying tenets of process philosophy and literary theory - Wolfgang Iser, Gaston Bachelard, and Walter Benjamin - to the analysis of objects.
Catherine believes that life is a journey. After serving a one year tour in Iraq with the military, Catherine realized life is short and that she needed to work more with the public in assisting them on their spiritual journey in life. Her knowledge of the spirit world has motivated her to help others better understand, evaluate and review relationships and love. She believes that even through dying our loved ones never say goodbye, even when it feels like they have left us behind. She knows and trusts that our loved ones are helping to guide and protect us. Led by Spirit, Catherine has read Italian and Turkish coffee since her late teens. Through working with coffee, she has been able to help her clients identify issues in their lives and find solutions. She delivers unusual coffee readings, which leave lasting impressions with her clients. This book reveals the concept of symbols and how to help identify them in our daily lives. Coffee readings are a unique visual description to the details of a meaningful message that may open the door to more insightful way to view the future.
Christians' Lies investigates and resolves specific false doctrines that are shared by Christians. Among these lies, we will investigate false Sabbaths, false beliefs about death, false ideas about the manner of Jesus' return to Earth, wrong suppositions about the debates on Creationism and evolution, the "gift" of tongues misinterpretations, what Jesus is doing in heaven, and where we are all going. As interesting doctrines have sprouted from misconceptions and misinterpretations, it is Christians' Lies' goal to offer simple but powerful solutions to correct our lies by replacing our lies with God's truth. You will be blessed with understanding.
