Based on the writings of Dr. Alvin Boyd Kuhn, "The Mythical Life of
Jesus Christ" provides an interpretation of the Bible that shows
the full, clear, and hidden meaning of ancient mythology and
religion. It describes how the Bible is not a record of objective
historical occurrences, but rather a collection of allegorical,
mythical, dramatic, and symbolic sagas.Author Larry Marshall has
compiled the writings of Dr. Alvin Boyd Kuhn, a lecturer, teacher,
and scholar. Kuhn claims the roots of Christianity can be found in
the Egyptian religion. Through his writings, Kuhn shows there is no
historical evidence for Jesus-that his life is instead based on the
Egyptian god Horus. He further claims that the New Testament of the
Bible and its events-the virgin birth, the baptism, the
temptations, the crucifixion, and resurrection-should be
interpreted allegorically. Marshall believes Kuhn has unlocked the
essence of Christianity and, as a result, challenges the church's
fraudulent orthodoxy.
This book deals about the Islamic Gnosticism and present a
comprehensive narrative about the Theoretical Gnosticism
(Irfan-e-Nazari). In accordance with Islamic Ideology the most
exalted aim of God and his divinely appointed prophets is the
training and guidance of human being in their spiritual journey
from earthly temporary abode towards the eternal God's
Celestial-Kingdom. The main contents of the book as mentioned
earlier are the etiquette and instructions of Gnostic journey, ways
and manners of servitude, detailed descriptions of deeds and
worships that must be performed by a wayfarer, and what sort of
behaviors and restrictions they must practice in order to attain
the desired results. The book consists of preface and three parts
covering the following topics: Self-purification, Human Virtues,
What to be?, Heart in Qur'an, Hard-heartedness, Self-refinement,
Self-struggle, Egotism, Worldliness, Piety, Characteristics of the
Pious, Repentance or Self-Cleansing, Training and Perfection of
Self, Faith, Means of Achieving Perfection and God's Nearness,
Invocations, Instructions, Obstacles of the Path, Nourishment of
Moral Virtues, Righteous Deeds etc. The most prevalent
misunderstanding about Islamic Mysticism which must be clarified is
that relinquishment of worldly involvement, seclusion, and
monasticism are not prerequisites for undertaking a spiritual
migration towards God-Almighty; on the contrary, as it would be
shown in the later part of this book, Islam demands from its
followers that while living among the people a normal social life
discharging the individual and collective obligations, they
shouldn't be negligent of their own selves and must pay special
attention towards their spiritual purification.
The writers of the Alcoholics Anonymous Big Book presented
twelve steps to a better life. Spiritual Steps discusses those
steps and the spiritual principles associated with them. The
information within these pages is not just for the suffering
alcoholic or drug addict but is a tool that can benefit all people
in all walks of life.
This Book makes us aware of spiritual warfare in a way that many
people will never tell you by exposing daily spiritual violence and
difficulties that people are faced with in their lives at different
levels. Maria shares her experiences of how the Lord healed and
delivered her when the doctors could not, and how she kept her
deliverance. She shared the journey to her visitation from the Lord
and what happened next, bringing to light the power of dreams and
visions. The book talks about open doors that can cause the devil
to have legal right in your life that you may not recognize, hidden
fears, mind battles and much more.
"Remembering to rely upon our Father--remembering to find
answers and solace in the Word is something we instantaneously turn
to when bombarded with hopeless situations. Wait...or do we? I
don't always...incredibly I don't always. I get so focused on the
problem I do need a reminder to remember to refocus on
truth."Tablets are memories of God's faithfulness in my life.
Memories of how He stretched down to reach me, teach me...rescue
me. There are no deeply intellectual-spiritual concepts
introduced...just reminders of how incredible is our God...truths
from my yesterdays that I draw strength from today, building faith
to walk out my tomorrows. If God does the incredible for one...He
does for all. I firmly believe that I was chosen to share this
simple...yet dynamic concept because I am in the worst of the worst
to need it. This instruction fromGod was introduced early in the
Old Testament when man began the grumbling that led to
faithlessness. The growing madness in our world distracts,
depresses, and dissuades remembering Whose we are. A revival of the
use of a reminder to remember is imperative within the body of
Christ today
This book tackles issues most people within the Christian
community don't like to talk about-- the ungodly desires, habits,
false security, or pleasures that have them in bondage. For the
sake of "keeping it real" with the readers, I share my personal
testimonies of past struggles ... making it easier to face up to
anything that has you in bondage and press forward toward Christ. I
pray that as many people as possible can be exposed to the gospel
and walk in the freedom, victory and authority Christ bought for
us. I am a living witness that doing so will help you stop living
below your potential and trust Christ in every aspect of your life.
If you are a big fan of the truth, you will find hope and
encouragement in the messages found between the pages of this
book.
When Alfred Schwab was given the opportunity to meet a "contact"-an
incorporeal entity who had been communicating with someone Alfred
barely knew-he was skeptical, to say the least. But his curiosity
and open mind encouraged him to at least explore the
possibility.Orifi, a non-physical being with a special affection
for humans, was willing and able to share his insights from beyond
our understanding. Over the course of many years, he and Alfred
shared countless conversations filled with humor and earthly
give-and-take. Orifi shared generously about our reality, fate,
free will, health, love, religion, and our physical world-past,
present, and future. When Alfred was faced with unimaginable
tragedy in the death of his child, he turned to Orifi for guidance
and hope. And what Orifi shared allowed the grieving father to view
his life experiences in a new and optimistic way. "You are never
alone," Orifi promised his friend, and that sentiment rings through
Alfred's story and words.

make sense of our time on this Earth, and The Way I See It answers

With the upmost intimacy, the Spirit of the Lord unveiled many
hidden secrets of God's image throughout our bones. It was because
of this Teacher's insight and guidance through the study of the
musculoskeletal system, I was privileged to enjoy this eye-opening
journey.
While on our path of study, this amazing Teacher highlighted
descriptive words along with biblical number values that were as
golden nuggets or stepping stones through the temple of my own
body. Those same golden nuggets proved to reveal hidden secrets of
God's handiwork as from a carpenter's blueprint.
The Spirit of the Lord revealed God's image in one group of our
bones, to represent Jesus' birth; His life and ministry; thorns
that relate to the Kingdom of God, and the fruits of the Holy
Spirit. Revelation 4:2-4 has a powerful image of God that surrounds
the Sword of the Spirit; and a breathtaking image of God's love
through the Cross. Each and every one of God's images relate to
Genesis 1:26. God said, "Let Us make man in our image, according to
Our likeness..." I was constantly reminded that these images of
God, and more, were first framed within Adam's bones, and they
exceed far above all the animals that God Created.
This book holds a gift of love and encouragement for the entire
body of Christ as well as those who are searching for unshakeable
identity. God's image, cleverly designed within our bones will
build greater confidence to allow God's power to flow more
freely.
