The 15mm medium power Omni eyepiece is a 4 -element premium symmetrical Plssl optical design. Features include blackened lens edges to minimize internal reflection and maximize contrast, multi-layer coating group on each lens surface to maximize light transmission and contrast, and each Omni goes through a two-step anodizing process to prevent reflection from the top eyepiece barrel, unlike most other manufactures who use reflective surfaces. Threaded barrels accept 1-1/4" Celestron thread-in filters.
For all Schmidt-Cassegrains. It threads onto the rear cell. A T-Adapter allows you to attach your 35mm SLR camera to the prime focus of your telescope or spotting scope. This arrangement is used for terrestrial photography and short exposure lunar and planetary photography. It can also be used for long exposure deep-sky photography when using a separate guidescope. Both a T-Adapter and T-Ring are required to mount a 35mm SLR camera to your instrument.

The Bresser Taurus 90/900 MPM Refractor - 90mm is a beginner friendly, high magnification Achromatic Refractor Telescope, with 90 mm aperture, 900 mm focal length, azimuthal and equatorial mount, tripod, and a wide range of accessories for fascinating discoveries. The telescope features a 90 degree eyepiece to allow you to have the ultimate comfortable viewing experience. This complete astronomy set already includes everything you need to start observing the sky.
This easy to use telescope is ideal for beginners or children to see the wonders of the universe. It has crisp clear imaging, due to multi-coated optics and the 90mm aperture, which collects about 160 times more light than the human eye. The resolution of the 90 mm lens lets you enjoy really sharp images at magnifications up to about 180x. This telescope technically can go up to 675x magnification with all the included accessories, however, the more you zoom, the less crisp and clear the view becomes. Due to the long focal length, especially the sun, moon, planets, open star clusters and globular clusters become absolute eye-catchers.
The Taurus telescope comes with everything you need for a quick start in stargazing, see the accessories list below. When searching for celestial bodies worth seeing, take your first look through the included LED viewfinder, it will help you align the telescope precisely for the best view possible. The two eyepieces included in the set (4 mm, 20 mm) allow you to admire completely different views of the same celestial object. More impressively, the 3x magnification Barlow Lens allows you to triple the magnification of the telescope. Arguably, the most important accessory is the smartphone camera adapter, which allows you to take your first steps into astro-photography, allowing you to use your phone camera to capture the night sky.

This fully multi-coated premium eyepiece zooms to any focal length between 8mm and 24mm - pick the best magnification for your subject
The amazingly versatile Celestron 8mm - 24mm Zoom Eyepiece allows you to choose from a variety of magnifications in a flash! Simply grip the rubberized barrel and turn it slowly while looking through the eyepiece, and then pick the best power for the object you are observing. Alternatively, you can use the lowest magnification (24mm) to find an object and center it in your field of view, and then increase the power until the desired view is achieved. It is fast and easy, and lets you examine any object at various magnifications without requiring you to physically change eyepieces.
The Celestron 8 - 24mm Zoom Eyepiece uses premium optics that are fully multi-coated for crisp, clear images. The folding eyecup lets you view with or without glasses, and the field of view (40 - 60°) works well for terrestrial observations as well as for views of the Moon, planets, and deep-sky objects.
Specifications
Focal Length: 8mm - 24mm
Apparent Field of View: 40° - 60°

The fixed magnification LER (Long Eye Relief) Eyepiece is a great addition to your Celestron spotting scope, especially if you participate in shooting sports. With a generous 32 mm of eye relief, you’ll be able to look through the eyepiece without sacrificing your shooting position or removing protective eyewear. The wide field of view helps you bring subjects into the field of view quickly. The larger viewing area also makes it easier to follow subjects as they move. When used for target shooting, this eyepiece enables you to see to the left and right of your target and identify changes in the wind when reading mirage.
XLT Optical Coatings
Celestron’s proprietary XLT coatings the eyepiece coupled with the spotting scope delivers bright, razor sharp images with amazing detail. XLT coatings, developed for our observatory-grade telescopes, increase light transmission through the optical path and deliver crisp, high contrast images with outstanding resolution.
Capture and Share Views
Not only does the LER Eyepiece provide stunning views in the field, but you can also attach an SLR camera to this eyepiece with an optional T-ring. Capture those impressive views and share them with friends and family when you return home.
Waterproof and Nitrogen Purged
The LER Eyepiece’s fully waterproof housing is suitable for use in all climates and weather conditions, so you can have peace of mind when unexpected weather rolls in. The housing is also filled with dry nitrogen gas to prevent the internal lenses from fogging when moving between extreme temperatures or using the eyepiece in damp conditions.
Celestron's HD Pro Wedge is designed to support our fork mounted Schmidt Cassegrain Telescopes up to 11". The HD Pro Wedge provides a heavy duty, stable platform that is perfect for astroimaging and guarantees minimal vibration. A low latitude range of 0-90 degrees makes this wedge functional for use at the equator. Built-in features include altitude/azimuth adjustment controls with oversized knobs attached for easy polar alignment, a hand control holder that provides the option of placing on the wedge or the fork arm, a tilt plate for easier mounting of the telescope by simply rotating the scope onto the wedge, and a large 14 mm diameter latitude adjustment screw to add strength and stability while supplying less vibration and easier rotation with a heavy telescope.
This combination focal reducer and field corrector lens accessory works with all Celestron 5", 6", 8", 9 1/4", 11" and 14" Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes. This clever accessory makes it possible to have a dual focal ratio instrument, without sacrificing image quality. The Reducer/Corrector is f/6.3 for C5, C6, C8, C9¼ and C11 telescopes and f/7 for the C14 telescope.
The Bresser Telescope Camera Adapter is the connecting piece between your 35 mm DSLR camera and the telescope. The connection to your camera can be achieved with the fitting T2-mount (T2-mount optional). For the focal fotography, you need to unscrew the bottom part of the adapter and attach the camera with the fitting T2-mount directly to the push-on contact. The eyepiece projection is possible when you put an eyepiece into the adapter and tighten the knurled screw. After that, you have to attach the T2-mount and the camera and you are ready to go.
Celestron has reinvented the manual telescope with STARSENSE EXPLORER™ DX 6″—the first telescope that uses your smartphone to analyze the night sky and calculate its position in real time. StarSense Explorer is ideal for beginners thanks to the app’s user-friendly interface and detailed tutorials. It’s like having your own personal tour guide of the night sky.
Dock, Launch, Explore
Leave complicated star charts, imprecise planetarium apps, and computerized mounts behind. With STARSENSE EXPLORER™ DX 6″, locating objects has never been easier, faster, or more accurate. Within minutes of setting up the telescope, you’ll be navigating the sky with confidence. Simply place your phone in the unique StarSense dock and launch the StarSense Explorer app. After aligning your phone to the telescope’s optics (a quick, 2-minute procedure), StarSense Explorer generates a list of celestial objects currently visible. Make your selection and arrows appear onscreen, guiding you as you to move the telescope. When the object is ready to view, the bullseye turns green.
Smartphone Compatibility
StarSense Explorer works with most modern smartphones, including iPhone 6 and up and most devices running Android 7.1.2 or later manufactured since 2016. For a complete compatibility list, click here.
Patent-Pending StarSense Sky Recognition Technology
StarSense Explorer uses patent-pending technology and your smartphone to determine exactly where the telescope is pointed in the night sky. A Lost in Space Algorithm (LISA), like the ones satellites use in orbit to correctly reorient themselves, helps the app match star patterns it detects overhead to its internal database.
While other astronomy apps may claim that they can help you find objects, they rely exclusively on the phone’s gyros and accelerometers, which aren’t as accurate as LISA technology. No other app can accurately tell you when your target is visible in the eyepiece.
High Quality Altazimuth Mount with Slow Motion Control
An ultra-stable altazimuth mount provides a sturdy foundation for StarSense Explorer DX. Slip clutches and geared slow motion controls in both axes help you move the telescope smoothly and zero in your target. As celestial objects appear to drift across the night sky, you’ll be able to follow them with just a turn of the knobs. It’s all anchored by an adjustable, full-height tripod.
Dazzling Views with High Quality Optics
With a large 6” Schmidt-Cassegrain optical tube—Celestron’s tried-and-true optical design for over 50 years—this telescope has enough light gathering ability to bring out impressive detail in celestial objects while remaining compact and lightweight. You can expect sharp, bright views of Jupiter’s four Galilean moons, its cloud bands and Great Red Spot, the rings of Saturn, the trapezium in the Orion Nebula, and the beautiful Pleiades Open Star Cluster.
All air-to-glass surfaces are coated with our StarBright XLT optical coatings to visibly increase contrast and light transmission for brighter deep space views. With StarBright XLT, you’ll be able to discern subtle details while viewing the Moon and planets as well as faint galaxies and nebulae. For more information about our patented StarBright XLT coatings, visit here.
Perfect for the City or Dark Sky Sites
Even if you live in a light polluted city location, StarSense Explorer is advanced enough to be able to pick out Jupiter, Saturn, Venus, the Orion Nebula, double stars, and a few more of the most famous celestial objects.
But if you can take the telescope to an even slightly darker location, more objects will become visible. With this 6” Schmidt-Cassegrain and relatively dark skies, the Andromeda Galaxy, Hercules Open Star Cluster, and so many more are easily within your reach.
