Always just says "Device Error" and wants me to relaunch app and insert device... but that doesn't solve the issue and one can't get any support anywhere. Apparently a great waste of money!

For those struggling with your iPhone or iPad not reading the device, there is a firmware update on Adatas website under the certain product. As soon as it’s installed on the device it connects easily.
