Bad service by Loot

No idea whether good or bad quality, but don't trust Loot. I ordered 2 of these when they clearly stipulated in writing it comes in a pack of two, only to be told you get one ball and that 'they are seemingly allowed to make such mistakes'. Also be careful if you buy any other cricket balls. I see some of them are still advertised as '2 packs' which includes 2 balls, but you will only get one ball. UPDATE: Ball has been delivered since my comment above. Good quality, but not at the current price, compared against other options (it would have been good value for money if Loot delivered two balls for this price, as they promised to do on the website, instead of only 1).
