Three perfect strangers who help each other to believe in love
again Holly Roberts has lost the love of her life. She feels lonely
and without purpose. She knows she needs to do something to save
herself, and needs to do it quickly. She googles how to cure
loneliness, and soon finds herself being interviewed for a
volunteering job at a homeless café. Angus Taylor has messed up.
He’s lost the respect of his wife and children. He no longer has
any respect for himself. If it wasn’t for his brother, Scottie,
and his friend who runs a café for the homeless, he’d be
sleeping rough on the streets himself. Angus is about to give up on
life, until he meets Holly. Stacey Morris lives in a homeless
shelter. Stacey doesn’t know what love is. She has no family, no
home, no friends. She arrived in London with nothing but an old
train ticket, a teddy bear, and the clothes on her back. When she
meets Holly and Angus at the café, she is scared of them. People
terrify her. What Holly, Angus and Stacey don’t know is that they
are going to burst into each other’s world and turn each
other’s lives upside down. What they don’t know is that
strangers can become friends. And that love can happen in the most
unexpected of places.
