Nazi machinations aimed at producing a super race continue. Karl
Eberhardt, the genius physicist who led the Nazi nuclear weapons
development and Wilfried Baumgartner, a gifted neurosurgeon,
achieved some success in electroencephalographically educating a
few men and women. Siegfried Bachmeier their genius 'subject' won
the Physics Prize at Heidelberg University for his doctoral
dissertation on subatomic particles. Eberhardt is gone now, or is
he? Bachmeier's work has alarmed Guenther Reinhardt, an eminent Los
Alamos physicist and Randolph Biggs, perhaps the world's preeminent
expert on particle beam weaponry. They turn to DCAC to stop any
further work by Bachmeier. He is dangerously close to achieving the
ability to destroy satellites. Henry Magnuson is the tip of the
DCAC spear. Bachmeier has ample resources in his native Argentina
as well as Germany. His grandfather was the head of the Nazi
community in Argentina. His uncle is now the head. A highly
intelligent, beautiful and rich woman from Saudi Arabia is close to
his uncle and finances his development work. Bachmeier moves
swiftly and the weapon he develops is used against a British
Petroleum oil platform. The American and British Navies enter the
fray....
