I have high hopes for this Pizza Oven which I am already starting to experiment with it trying out more conventional oven uses like baking bread and cookies. I managed a Banana Bread over the weekend and it turned out to be a real winner. As my experimentation goes on I my get to the point where this nice portable "Oven" will replace my expensive electric one. I am sure this item will also sell easier if ALVA would try doing what I am doing, extending the usefulness, making it worth the investment. All things considering one must really buy a lot of Pizzas or be Pizza Crazy to purchase this product JUST for Pizzas. Include a recipe booklet literally like in the "old Days" to make it easier for the "not-so adventurous" All-in-all I am happy enough.
