This UPS worked for the first few times of power cuts, after which the UPS only lasts for 10 minutes before switching off. There is minimal load on the UPS output (a router and a fiber terminating box).
Schneider Electric, who support this product, asked me to run a number of tests before they can confirm that it is battery fault. Really? One wonders why they can't simply send a technician to run fault tests.
I would NOT recommend this product.
