If the world is viewed as an integrated whole, the industrial
revolution of the 18th century brought about a radical
transformation in economic activities. Industry is the symbol of
modern or developed life and industrial growth is a process through
which people get the embodiment of this condition. Bangladesh is a
poor and agriculture dependent country but there has a bright
future to develop the economic sector through industrial
development. Now-a-days industry is not only the matter of
socioeconomic development but also has a great influence to our
environment in different issues e.g. carbon emission, land
pollution, water pollution etc. Other-hand, environment-friendly
industrial growth can ensure the sustainable development of a
region or a country of the world. So, we have to ensure the
industrial growth and development through proper planning and
management to make green environment and rich economic development.
