Good quality, except for the 'webs'

Good quality - strong. However, there are a few 'stringy/plastic fluff' bits that I think are left behind as a result of 'cutting' down A4s. Whatever the reason, it is a little annoying to have to remove the few 'webs' of plastic each time you need a sleeve.
