I got this about a week ago in an urgent order. I was pleasantly surprised for what I got for the price. The two fans are much quieter than expected (less noisy than my computer's fan) and it cools down my laptop very efficiently. The only things that I would change in this design are the following: the location of the red LED that indicates the unit is on. I'd prefer it on the side or the back as it distracts me while typing. The same goes for the USB ports. Also, the edges or the plastic housing is a little sharp and would be more comfortable to handle if they were finished better. The whole unit is pretty much as described, with LEDs and 2 USB ports and while I don't use it continuously, I'm hoping it proves long lived an equally efficient during humid summers. Overall, so far, I've found it great value for money and love that the fans are so quiet!
