Missing items from opened package

Both of these items were not included in the package: 1 x USB-C port for data transmission and 1 x USB-C port for DC input (5V/2A) and 1 x USB-C port for data transmission and 1 x USB-C port for DC input (5V/2A) The manual included is for a 4 port USB not 8 port. I'd need to use 4 ports on my laptop/PC to power and transfer data as the 2x 4 ports are not linked together. I already own a 4port USB from Baobab and thought this would have 8 ports from 2 connections, not 4 connections. The product packaging tape was also cut open when received from delivery guy.
