Craig Vandervelt, handsome son of the richest man in America is
begged by his cousin, the Marquis of Lansdowne, the British Foreign
Secretary, to undertake a secret mission in the most flamboyant
principality in Europe - Monte Carlo. Intrigued by the fact that
