You will need: 2 eggs; 45ml (3 tablespoons) oil; 1 level teaspoon baking powder; and 125ml (1/2 cup) warm water
Spray a cupcake pan with non-stick cooking spray
Mix the water, oil and eggs
Add the baking powder to the premix and gradually add wet mix to the mixture until just combined. Do not over mix
Ladle equal quantities into the cupcake pan
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
Cool before decorating with icing suggestion
Icing suggestion: mix 60ml (4 tablespoons) Marmite/Bovril with 60ml (4 tablespoons) butter/margarine, melt in the microwave for 30 seconds and us as a topping for your doggo's cupcakes
