This Wifi adapter is not compatible with Windows 8.1 even after installing the newest drivers from Belkin.com Anyone with Windows 8.1 or later Windows 10(PREVIEW) stay clear. Completely useless for me and will probably be chucked away soon.

Manual Installation of Drivers required on Windows 8.1
