chart the history of economic thought in Sweden. Concentrating on
the major figures of Davidson,Wicksell, Cassel, and Heckscher, and
on the members of the Stockholm School, it discusses Swedish
contributions to both the neo-classical and Keynesian revolutions.
Throghout, Swedish economic thought is seen in the context both of
international economics and of domestic institutional developments.
