Jody has spent her whole life hiding her true feelings behind
secrets. Corey has spent his whole life living alone and miserable.
Then they learn that they have to live together for four months in
order for them to claim their half of his Grandmother's estate.
This will never work because Jody is everything he's not. He's a
writer who is serious all the time. Jody is a rock singer who
believes life is too short to take it seriously all the time. She
likes her music hard and loud. He hates anything with a fast beat.
She likes the snow and being cold, and he prefers living in a
warmer climate. He's got a college degree; she barely has a high
school diploma. Despite these differences, they fall in love with
each other and learn that the only thing they do have in common is
that they don't give their hearts easily and when they do, its
forever. The problem is, Jody's going to die and unless he finds a
miracle to save her, every reason he has to live, will die with
her.
