This book offers theoretical conceptualizations and empirical
research to pose serious questions about and potential answers to
ways that society needs to learn and change in the face of
migration. Frames migration as an opportunity and challenge for
learning and provides new models and concepts through which to
understand migration better. Chapters in this edited collection are
interconnected, in that they emerged from ongoing dialogue between
scholars across Europe working on issues related to migration, who
formed a consortium that meets regularly to advance the theory and
research on migration.
