Natural Material, Healthy and Safe
Chenshia ceramic ramen bowls are mostly fired with natural raw materials such as kaolin clay, which is free of heavy metals (such as lead and cadmium) and meets the food contact safety standards. After high temperature firing, the material is dense, not easy to adsorb food odour or pigment, and not easy to leave stains after cleaning, so it is suitable for long-term use.
Good heat preservation
Ceramics have lower thermal conductivity than metal or glass, which can effectively slow down heat loss. When serving hot soup ramen, the bowl can keep the temperature for a long time, avoiding the noodles from becoming lumpy due to cooling, and at the same time, it feels gentle to hold (the thickness of the wall of the high-quality ceramic bowl is moderate, so it won't be overly hot).
Fine texture and durability
Ceramic technology (such as Mino-yaki and Arita-yaki) pays attention to the texture of the glaze, and the bowls often have a warm glossy or matte effect, which is delicate to the touch. High-quality ceramics are hard and scratch-resistant after high-temperature calcination, so they are not easy to crack and have a long service life under normal use.
Size: The Chenshia Ramen Bowl has a depth of 8cm and a calibre of 20cm, which allows it to hold a sufficient amount of noodles, broth and side dishes (e.g. barbecued pork, loose egg, seaweed) to avoid spillage of broth.
The curvature of the bowl wall: The bowl is usually flared or straight, with a wide top and narrow bottom, which makes it easier to pick up the noodles with chopsticks, and allows the broth to concentrate at the bottom of the bowl, so that the noodles are more flavourful as they soak in.
