Set includes: 1 x 24cm Chenshia Thermally Conductive Defrosting Plate
1 x 28cm Chenshia Thermally Conductive Defrosting Plate
Aerospace Aluminium:
The core of high thermal conductivity. Aviation aluminium is a lightweight, high thermal conductivity alloy material (thermal conductivity is much higher than ordinary stainless steel or cast iron), taking into account the 'rapid thermal conductivity' and 'structural stability':
High thermal conductivity: can quickly absorb the heat of the gas cooker and spread it uniformly to avoid flame High thermal conductivity: absorbs heat from the gas hob and spreads it evenly, avoiding localised high temperatures at the bottom of the pan (e.g. burnt centre, undercooked edges) caused by direct flame burning;
The two-piece set
24cm is suitable for small-sized pots and pans (e.g. frying pans, milk pans), for frying eggs, warming up milk, etc.;
28cm is suitable for medium-sized pots and pans (e.g. woks, saucepans), for frying steaks, cooking sauces, stews, etc., and covers the sizes of pots and pans used for most everyday cooking in most households, making them very practical.
Anti-slip circular pattern:
Anti-slip: increases the friction between the pot and the heat-conducting plate, avoiding the pot from sliding during cooking (especially when stir-frying or turning the pot upside down) and reducing the risk of scalding;
Heat-conducting: gaps in the pattern assist in the even distribution of heat, reducing the 'localised temperature difference' caused by the pot bottom and heat-conducting plate not being tightly fitted together.
'Heat Conducting + Defrosting' Dual Function
Heat Conducting Plate Function: placed between the gas cooker and the pots and pans, allowing the heat from the flame to be evenly transferred to the bottom of the pots and pans through the heat conductor plate. Suitable for: thin-bottomed pots and pans (e.g., non-stick pots and pans, snow flat pots and pans) to avoid deformation from localised overheating; preventing the edges of the pan from scorching and ensuring that the centre is well cooked when pan frying ingredients (steaks, pancakes); simmering sauces When simmering sauces, melting butter, avoiding lumps or paste on the bottom of the pan.
Defrosting plate function: using the high thermal conductivity of aviation aluminium, accelerating the thawing of ingredients through 'physical defrosting' (no need to plug in, not dependent on the microwave oven), placing frozen meat and seafood on the plate, the heat-conducting plate quickly absorbs the ambient heat (or with the help of the residual temperature of the cooker) and passes it on to the ingredients, which is 30%-50% faster than the natural defrosting;
Compared with the defrosting of the microwave oven, it can Compared with defrosting in microwave oven, it can avoid the loss of moisture and taste of the ingredients due to the 'big temperature difference between inside and outside', and retain the freshness of the ingredients.
Attention
Anti-scald safety: the temperature of the heat-conducting plate is high after heating, you need to move it with a spatula or anti-scald gloves to avoid direct contact; wait until it is completely cooled down before washing it after use.
Avoid dry burning: Empty burning (without pots and pans) may lead to high local temperatures, affecting the stability of the material, it is recommended to use it only when placing pots and pans or defrosting ingredients.
Cleaning and maintenance:
can be cleaned with a soft cloth or sponge, avoid scraping with steel balls and other hard objects (to prevent damage to the non-slip texture, affecting the effect of non-slip);
If stained with oil, you can soak in warm water and then add detergent to wipe, to avoid the residual oil stains after high temperature carbonisation is difficult to clean.
Defrosting tips: defrosting ingredients can be wrapped in plastic wrap (to avoid blood dirty board), while keeping the board clean and dry, better heat conduction efficiency.
