Usage and brewing tips
Warming: Rinse the bowl with hot water to raise the temperature and remove odours.
Place powder: Use a teaspoon to take 1 level scoop of matcha powder and sprinkle evenly into the bottom of the bowl.
Filling: Slowly fill 60-70ml of hot water (70-80 is the best) along the wall of the bowl, avoid direct impact on the powder.
Stir: Hold the tea brush at a 45 angle and stir rapidly in a 'Z' shape for 30-60 seconds until a dense foam forms on the surface. At the beginning, you can stir vertically to break up the lumps, and later tilt it to a 30 angle to increase the thickness of the foam.
