It is a yellow polish but can be used as a topper as it is shimmery translucent

Ciate polishes are great in general -thin and buildable coats and some interesting shades. This is a medium yellow with a slight shimmer. I had to do four coats for a fuller coverage as it is translucent but they dry fast. It is glow in the dark but have to ‘charge’ it with phone torch light and then it only glows for a minute/ doesn’t hold a charge so that was disappointing. Check out their other polishes though! .
