Fantastic Art for a Perfect deck

Firstly, I really love Colette Baron-Reid's decks. Her energy is infectious and her cards really draw you in. The decks truly become your own and I love how connected and interactive Colette is with the community on social media platforms. On Instagram she does daily card readings, and sometimes just seeing one of her readings, it uplifts and motivates. On YouTube she has a weekly reading with one of her decks and again it sets you up for how you going to perceive your week...she simply guides, in the end you need to take the steps for yourself.
Secondly, the art work. Jena DellaGrottaglia is an amazing artist and really feels the art as she works with each individual deck. How she transcribes the words into art and how it fits perfectly as the end product...a perfect match indeed!
So, my daughter, 11-years-old, originally bought this deck for herself. She is very much into Animal communication and since the age of two she has been a wild nature child. We have our very own Mowgli in our house. Her way with animals, big or small. Her nature becomes one with the animal kingdom...oh I can write on and on about her connection with animals. So, she was ecstatic to find out about this deck. Immediately she took her savings money and she made the purchase. She couldn't be happier!!
The box is sturdy as expected from Hay House. I love how it folds open with the ribbon which helps when taking out the booklet and cards. The colors are warm and vibrant. A box loaded with goodies! The booklet is thick, 204 pages. Pocket size. You get your Oracle message and your Protection message, depending if your card comes out reversed or not.
The cards. Beautiful. The artwork...I can't rave enough about how spectacular the artwork is.
There is one thing that I was disappointed about, but not enough to drop one star. I feel for such an amazing deck, the card-stock is not that great. As if you need to shuffle carefully, because through handling it can damage easily. This is now in comparison with her other decks. I love the 'Matt' look and feel. I'm a sucker for border-less cards. The artwork just bleeds out which I prefer. It's just the card stock quality which I felt should've been a bit thicker. I almost felt like laminating each card, which I've done with a previous different deck due to the cards being incredibly flimsy - a different author. Yet, I refrained from doing so due to not wanting to lose the box.
So whenever my girl or myself work with this deck, we are gentle and try not to shuffle too hard.
Lastly, if you do a bit of research, download her PDF's regarding this deck and watch Colette's webinars, you'll learn that this deck's energy is at its peak during New Moon every two weeks. I've actually tested this theory and I'm going to vouch for this one! The alignment is definitely more spot on, the energy higher. Whereas with her Wisdom Oracle deck, that is my daily go-to deck. It just shows you how her decks works better at different times. Not all decks are to be used daily or weekly. So this deck we now use once every two weeks on New moon, unless we want to use if for a quick motivator for ourselves as well.
This deck connects very well with her Mystical Shaman deck. If you've experienced working with shamans, plant medicines, Ayahuasca, Akashic Records etc. you'll immediately feel connected to these cards. Animal communication also works very well with these cards.

Stunning images. Guidebook explains each spirit animal perfectly and includes “Oracle message” as well as “Protection message” which is reverse card. Each card has a key phrase which makes intuitive readings easy, although the guidebook is really valuable to refer to. It has a wonderful energy about it. Best deck of Colette Baron-Reid. Sturdy card stock. Will last forever!

These are my favourite cards. The artwork alone is just beautiful to look at and when you add the wisdom of Colette Baron-Reid's writing they are even more beautiful. I've bought sets for all my friends :). Highly recommended.
