Not sturdy at all

For a chair that claims to be sturdy, its very rickety and wobbly. I actually saw many reviews about this, unfortunately only after buying. It is alao an extremely high chair, so unless you are super tall, this chair is not for you!

Nice Chair. Poor customer service

I own one of these and after owning it for a month one of the parts broke. I've been trying to get it fixed for over 4 months now and the supplier takes forever to get back. When they finally found out what was wrong with the chair they wanted to charge me extra to have the part replaced even though it was in the 2 year warranty period. I would not recommend buying this chair. I can't even get a refund even though I've asked for one numerous times and loot does not want to put me into contact directly with the supplier. For all the effort I've gone through its definitely not worth the price.
