118ml (4 fl. oz.) of Daniel Smith Transparent Watercolour Ground.
Because it is transparent, it allows the colour and the pattern of
the substrate to show through, whether that be white paper,
coloured or marbled paper, or wood-grain. This can create
interesting effects with transparent or semi-transparent
