Just as the first signs of spring appear, the mayor of a quirky Quebec village, nestled in the Laurentians north of Montreal, drops dead during the St. Patrick's Day party at the local Irish pub. When the provincial authorities suddenly finger a surprise suspect, the matter becomes really personal and Arnie has to find the true killer before it's too late.
