Great Lyricist Let Down By Poor SA Recording Quality

When I received my first CD, from track 12 (6 Man), scratchy noises are present which makes me believe that the recording process was poor. Being that the CD was not imported but recorded here in South Africa by Universal Music Group I cannot find fault with the Artist. I requested a replacement thinking it was an isolated incident but alas, I was wrong. Replacement CD does exactly the same thing. Refund now requested.
