Poor quality and scam

Product is not working, it switched on for few hours after which it showed blue lights, and connected to the Wi-Fi. It stopped working in less than 24 hours. It was delivered on 4 February 2022, and I connected it on 5 February 2022. It worked for few hours and stopped. I want my money back, they must collect this product. I don't want it.
