The purpose of this collection of essays in law and economics is to
shed new light on the subject matter that Erling Eide has taken an
interest in during his academic career - as a student, teacher and
scholar. This volume includes articles that analyse the law from
the economic point of view, as well as other contributions at the
intersection of economics and law or of relevance to it. Among the
contributors are: Bettina Banoun, Roger Bowles, Jon Elster and
Kalle Maatta.
