The finished product is not as seen in the pictures. The machine finishing is rough and the jaws tips are all unevenly finished off by hand it looks like. The gaps between the knurl knob and the slots in the moving jaw are a bit too wide causing the jaw setting to change when held in different positions. It would be a nice touch if they added a little spring between the knurl knob and the side wall on the shaft to prevent the jaw setting changing when set and held in different positions. But that being said, for the price tag you get what you pay for. It is a rugged tool that feels like it will last and it definately gets the job done for the man that can't afford a "mercedes".
