I found the content enjoyable and relateable by being a female engineer myself. Dr Nel addresses the prevalent topics that we females find challenging within the industry. This ranges from workplace male dominance bureacracy, remuneration inequality to our country's slow pace development or recognition of females in the workplace, particular in top managerial and executive. It was quite hearwarming that a diverse group of females (race, engineering discipline, culture) were featured. I hope more books of this nature will be written and published. Perhaps one featuring engineering students.
