The main motive behind our on going research work has been the aim
of making a contribution towards satisfying the technological needs
of paraplegic and quadriplegic patients unable to use their limbs
for locomotion and controlling the environment around them. This
book provides a detailed account on the design and development of a
motorized wheelchair control system which uses the electrooculogram
(EOG) signal obtained from the user's eye to control the motion of
a motorized wheelchair.
