Hawkmed Infrared Non-Contact Thermometer

The Hawkmed Infrared Head Thermometer is the perfect tool to get fast and accurate temperature measurements. With its three colour backlight system and it can intelligently display the results in a quick and easy manner. The Hawkmed has a 0.1-degree resolution in the Celsius scale, can also store up to 50 results and is powered by 2 x AA batteries (not supplied).

In the human body mode the product can intelligently display:
- Green (32.0°C - 37.4°C)
- Orange (37.5°C - 27.9°C)
- Red (38.0°C - 42.9°C)

Works as expected

I bought 3 of these. I had zero issues placing order, in fact order was placed on Mon and received today (Thu). I tested it and works exactly as expected. It records the highest temp when you are about 5 cms away and temperature reading drop as you move away to the range but it clearly states recommended distance for body temp is 3 to 5cm! I previously had great, good, bad and terrible experiences with Loot and this is definitely on the great side! Other people i speak to want one too !

Not a quality product

I tested it against a calibrated meter and were 2 deg below. Normal temp for me with calibrated meter is 36.4 deg and this meter measurement was 34.2 deg, if I measure on my forearm it shows "too low" Money wasted.

Worst Thermometer Ever

I bought 3 of these thermometers. Since the first day i got it, it never worked properly. It gives high temperature readings and keep showing "Lo". It cannot be calibrated, which makes it useless. Don't buy!!
