Composition: Unrefined, cold- pressed hemp seed oil.
Rich in vitamins A, D, E, sodium, calcium, and iron, polyunsaturated fatty acids. Hemp Oil contains important omega-3 and omega-6 acids in the ideal ratios for humans with an average ratio of 3: 1 (57%: 19%). This is very important for brain health and is the best natural source of omega's that we have access to. Studies have shown that the frequent use of hemp seed oil is more effective than the olive oil in positively lowering blood cholesterol, improving deep skin, hair cell condition, and strengthening immune system. This oil is considered one of the most serious alternatives to fish oil or linseed oil, it is suitable for children for daily use. Contrary to flax seed oil, hemp oil can be eaten daily, and the amount of essential fatty acids in the body will remain constant.
How to use: Hemp seed is a delicious oil with a nutty flavour. To conserve essential fatty acids, we recommend that you use it raw or gently heated. Use hemp oil in smoothies, salads, vegetables and pasta dishes, soups and stews. Also perfect as a snack – after dipping bread in it, sprinkle its top with cannabis salt.
Nutrient value per 100 g: 99.97 g fat, containing 10.70 g saturated fatty acids, 9.11 g monounsaturated fatty acids, 80.19 g polyunsaturated fatty acids; vitamin D 29 mg, vitamin E 2.5 mg, energy value 3,699 kJ / 900 kcal.

Hemp Oil is perfect for skincare and hair treatment. The skin "recognizes and permits" this oil to go the deep layers. The light texture of the oil does not encumber the skin, it does not leave a greasy sensation, and a pleasant smell lights up your mood. It can also be used in mixtures with other oils, hydrolyse and essential oils.
