How to use:

- Wash hands and vagina before removing a single pearl from the foil pouch.

- Soak in water (optional) (to activate herbs)

- Unravel string before gently inserting the pearl inside the vagina (approximately 7 cm deep), leaving the string outside

- Leave each pearl inserted for 48 -72 hours (two to three days) and wear a panty liner for discharge

- Remove the pearl after this period (gently pulling string) and wait 24 hours before inserting another yoni pearl

Note:

- The entire process will take about seven to nine days.

- Do not use Yoni Pearls within seven days before the onset of menstruation and wait at least 3 days after your last day of menstruation before using a Yoni Pearl.

- Do not use detox pearls while pregnant or breastfeed and ensure you've been cleared by your doctor after giving birth before before using them.

- Do not use detox pearls if you have an intrauterine device (IUD).
