I got my oder in a damaged condition .I reported the fact to loot via email 4 days post delivery but I never got attention from loot up to more than 10 days after report.this is very disappointing as it it my first experience with loot for online shopping. Am not honestly in position to recommend this online service to anyone because it just. a big disappointment. loot not answering phones nor replying to complaint how then we can get helped?
