dishonest advertising

I ordered 2 of these toners off the Loot website. Nowhere in any of the information/advertising on the website for this particular product did it mention anything about being non returnable. Only after I had paid and received a confirmation of the order did this little nugget of information appear. Interestingly I purchased other toners from same supplier without this condition.
I immediately tried to amend /cancel these items to no avail and cannot get hold of anyone to talk to about the matter.
This is unacceptable and misleading so be absolutely sure you want to carry the risk of receiving a faulty product!
