instruments; and part five covers bankers' commercial credits.
Specimen forms and Code of Corporate Governance for Banks is given,
together with a bibliography and index. Dr Goldface-Irokalibe is
the former head of the Department of Commercial Law and is an
Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law, Ahmadu Bello University.
