I bought this to run with and it stays in my ears while being comfortable. They give you different sizes that you can attach to the ear bud to suit your ear. What surprised me was the sound quality, better than I expected. Another plus is that there is no audio lag when you want to use it to play games or watch TV. Glad I made the purchase.
